Useful Health and Safety Apps for Laborers

The Laborers’ Health and Safety Fund of North America (LHSFNA) has posted the following information regarding finding useful health and safety apps for Laborers.
There are two recently released apps mentioned in the link below, but the first paragraph contains links to articles from 2014 with LHSFNA’s original recommendations.
Topics cover weight loss, exercise, nutrition, medical, ladder usage, lift calculation, first aid, and even a noise meter (want to gauge how loud the Clink gets during a home game, Hawks fans?).
With a few exceptions, most apps are available in both iPhone and Android format.
